SUMMARY OF REMODEL: Three Seasons Porch
Nothing is more satisfying for a construction professional than having a previous client seek your services for additional projects. This family was one such client three times. We were not only the builder of their home but then we were also hired to finish their basement and finally we were hired to design and construct this three season porch and cedar deck. A large immediate family all living in the area necessitated an outdoor space for summer gathering in their large backyard. This added space fit their needs. The porch as outfitted with all tongue and groove clear cedar car siding and special cedar framed insulated glass windows that can be completely removed and stored during the summer when full size screen are used. The space’s use was further extended for the year with the installation of several baseboard heaters.
